1) Ages 16 years and younger are required by state of Delaware to have a notarized form and parent/ guardian's signature and copy of the parent/ guardian's I.D. on file. 2) Age 17 requires a parent/ guardian's signature and copy of their I.D. on file. 3) Tattoo Mafia's artist policy is to have a cosultation with anyone under age, before scheduling a tattoo. we also will not tattoo any visible areas, such as hands, wrist, neck and head. 1) Must be 18 years of age and show valid I.D. or meet Minor requirements set forth above under "Minor Requirements". 2) No cellphones- Unless approved by the artist. 3) No children- No exceptions!! 4) No animals- No exceptions!! 5) Shoes are required in this studio. 6) Anyone suspected to be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol will be reported for public intoxication. 7) No attitudes- anyone rude to another client or an employee, will not be allowed in this studio. 8) You are under surveillance on our property, any illegal activity will be reported. 9) You cannot touch your new tattoo or body piercing in this studio. The transmission of unseen body fluids spread disease. |
